Why buy from Rove Concepts?

At Rove Concepts we do things a bit differently in the fact that we are a direct-to-consumer business. We take inspiration from nature to create modern, high-quality products that are made with impeccable quality and stunning designs, without the high cost.

Through our eco-design house, we have been working to create sustainable pieces for the home that are timeless and long-lasting. As we move forward we are committed to minimizing our environmental impact from our eco-friendly designs to reducing our use of plastic in our packaging.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the USA and Canada. There are a few exceptions such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Nunavut.

What are your shipping options + cost?

We believe in transparent pricing. We don't hide shipping fees within the product price under the guise of free shipping. This helps us communicate the true value of our products to customers.

When will my order be delivered?

For in-stock orders, standard shipping is an estimated 2-4 weeks in transit.
For custom orders lead time is an estimated 24-26 weeks, this estimated time frame is an all-encompassing lead time from the start of production to delivery. For more information about our Custom Order Policy, please see the Store Policy page here.

Standard shipping includes a delivery to the threshold, described as the "first dry area or garage", or lobby/service area of a high-rise building. For White Glove delivery shipping is an estimated 2-5 weeks in transit. White Glove service includes a delivery appointment inside delivery up to 1 flight of stairs, placement, and removal of large packaging materials. If you are considering a return please request to keep the packaging.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be overjoyed with your new purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product you can notify us via the contact form on our Contact Us page and our team will provide all of the details for initiating a return. Products need to be returned within 30 days from the delivery or pick-up date in original packaging and in like-new condition to be accepted.

Logistics are a little hit or miss but the product is nice. Packaged well. Lots of work to unpack and dispose of material. I wish white glove had been offered but it wasn't available for me. The quality is nice. It is sturdy, heavy, and has a firm seat but still comfy. It's a little lower than i expected. I kinda wish I had gotten leather. My kids spill stuff on it and for the most part it wipes off pretty well but it's not perfect and I got a light color.

I ADORE this collection. We love the modular configuration but the detailing on the arm of the Berlin series is so elegant. They are comfier than our previous Rove couch (Hugo) and the cushions seem to be a good quality. I didn't order a fabric sample for this one and I wish I had. We got the Malmo and if feels a bit thin and I am worried how it will wear but its very soft and the colour was true to photos
